Bengaluru, February 28: Dr. Muralidhar, Founder President and National Director of the National Crime Control Board (NCCB), was felicitated in a grand manner on Saturday in Bengaluru. The ceremony was held at the NCCB office in Kengeri Satellite Town in a dignified and celebratory atmosphere. Eminent personalities lauded Dr. Muralidhar’s dedicated leadership and unwavering commitment to social responsibility. As a mark of respect and appreciation, he was honoured with a shawl and floral bouquets in recognition of his outstanding services in the field of crime prevention and legal awareness. During the programme, speakers highlighted the NCCB’s initiatives across various states in India, focusing on crime prevention awareness camps, legal guidance programmes for youth, and special campaigns on women’s safety. The organization has been actively conducting awareness drives on cybercrime, financial fraud, crimes against children, and other pressing social issues, aiming to educate citizens and strengthen community vigilance. It was stated that one of the primary objectives of the NCCB is to create widespread legal awareness among the public and ensure timely guidance and legal assistance to victims seeking justice. The services rendered by the organization were described as highly beneficial to society. The event was attended by S. Mallesh, Chairman of Gayatri Charitable Trust from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh, along with Giri Yadav, NCCB Director of Ballari district, and other dignitaries.
